The past 2 years for me has been a spiritual reawakening back to the Lord and I feel like it is time to share it with you.
I am a rather private person and usually steer away from sharing personal details of my life, so this has been a bit challenging for me to send this letter out to the public. But, when you feel a nudge from the Lord to share it, you obey. We are called to share our testimonies to glorify the Lord. He is the One who gets the honor. I am just a vessel to share and carry His Word, Truth, and healing for others...if I can bless and honor Him in this way, then I am so thankful.
We share our testimonies not for our glory but for His and to be a light in this dark world…to testify and share the Good News of Jesus and that He loves each one of us so deeply. He is waiting and knocking at the door of your heart…will you open it? If you open your heart to Him fully, I promise that your life will never be the same and you will be a new creation in Him.
So if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new!” 2 Corinthians 5:16-17
In this article, I share some of my testimony as well as the beauty of having daily communion with Jesus.
This is a view into my own beautiful healing journey. I pray it will bless you and speak to your heart.
Did you know that the most important meal of the day isn’t breakfast, but it is the meal where you are sitting at the feet of Jesus and partaking in His body that was broken for us and His shed blood that was sacrificed for you and me, in pure love…His meal feeds us completely. He is the complete meal for our body, soul, and spirit.
His broken body has taken our brokenness and has made us whole. His blood cleans the dirt and darkness of our soul and spirit and has makes us whiter than snow, brighter than anything we can imagine with our earthly eyes.
Holy communion with Him feeds us completely, permeates every cell and tissue of our own broken bodies, cleanses our souls, mends our broken hearts, and binds up our broken spirits. He cleanses and heals our wounds with His blood as a healing ointment. His body and His blood heals us and sets us free.
I know His plan is for us to be well and not sick!
He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds
Psalms 147:3
That love, of His love, that He has for us, is like nothing we can even understand with our earthly understanding…it is completely unconditional, true, pure, and so perfect.
I have been in the health and wellness business for well over 20 years now in and have learned, performed, encouraged, taught, and recommended all kinds of therapies to patients over this time. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars through the years on education, degrees, certifications, classes, continuing education, and you name it!
During most of this time, I didn’t teach that true and real healing, deep soul and spirit healing, is from Jesus and what He accomplished on the cross for all of us. I was encouraging therapies that left Him out of the picture.
When you are steeped deeply in holistic medicine, like I have been for many, many years, the theories, beliefs, and some of the practices can start to rub off on you...worshiping creation over the Creator, relying on your own innate healing wisdom from within yourself, and giving credit to the "universal wisdom" for about everything...and the Lord, Jesus, is truly left completely out of the picture...when you hear nothing but this for so long and your faith is not truly rooted, you can start to veer off the path of truly being a follower of Jesus to being a follower of the world. This was my story.
Until almost 2 years ago, when I had a pretty radical reconversion back to Jesus. I was searching for Him again.
It’s so interesting when you are steeped in the New Age world you have a buffet of so many things to choose from for healing, it truly doesn’t seem to end. And healing never seems to fully happen either (true and lasting healing)…you may have some breakthroughs and maybe some moments of reassurance but it never ends…like a hamster wheel, you keep going around and round of the same cycle…trying to heal and believing that this next therapy or treatment will surely be “the one.”
From energy healing, energy clearing, reiki, emotional release techniques, and you name it…it never ends. You always have to keep going for it because the layers never seem to end. I was truly trying and seeking deep soul and spiritual healing from past wounds of my life and all of these techniques could help to some point but you could never get to the point where you really could fully let go of the traumas (memories) of the past.
After years of this, I wanted to get back to Jesus…the true Healer.
I had done all of these other things or modalities, learned them, taught them, did them, and was honestly getting exhausted.
I wanted to feel His presence in my life. I missed Him.
I was raised as a preacher’s daughter and was raised in a Christian home. I always loved Jesus but the wounds of life and the rocky terrain of our journeys sometimes get us sidetracked. This was my story. I always had a knowing and love for Him but it was more in my mind and not completely set in my heart. I was allowing other things to take His place in my life.
So, I decided to start reading my Bible again instead of all the many “self-help” books I was reading and promoting.
I was truly amazed at the dire contrasts of the Bible and these so-called healing books. The self help books are all about you and you are glorified in about everything…self-worship…you are basically your own god. It all sounds good and hopeful when you're reading it and putting it into practice but it never truly satisfies the hunger of your soul.
But the Bible is the complete opposite…Jesus, Jehovah, Yeshua of Nazareth, the Lamb of God is glorified! We are His creation and we bow to Him and Him only and we don’t rely on our own strength and might but only through His…His sacrifice for us has completely paid the price for our salvation and redemption. His breath breathes through us and His blood washes and redeems us. He is our Helper and our Healer!
I had put my Bible on a shelf for such a long time that sadly, I had forgotten the true wisdom inside it. I had stopped going to church and was relying on myself to get through life.
But, I knew that when I was reading the Bible, it was the Truth! God’s Word is Alive and active and the words you read from it aren’t just words on a page…they are God breathed and Alive! I started to have eyes that could truly see again, the Truth! The Bible was coming alive to me like it never had before! I couldn't get enough! Like a starving child who had been living on scraps for so long, I was devouring the real food, the food that truly sustains and fills...the Bread of Life!
For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father but through me.
John 14:6
I started having quiet time with Jesus, not saying much but just listening to older worship songs that I had remembered from long before that touched my heart and I waited…for Him. The Bible says in James 4:8, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” I believed it and it happened.
He drew near to me. His presence would come into the room so strongly, I just would be on the floor weeping, not in sadness, but because of the intense love from Him. I have Never felt that kind of love, ever!!
It’s a love that makes you fall to the ground (you can’t stand) and makes your whole body weep…His love encountered me, so many times, and still does...and that healing that I had been searching for, for so many years, it happened. That deep soul, heart, and spiritual healing I had been searching for...it was from Him!
Because of Him…His beautiful presence! His love…a love like His, you can’t find that on this earth, it is only through Him…Jesus! I can’t even say in words, there are no words, to say how His love has truly transformed me, my heart, and my spirit.
That’s what He does, He totally transforms us and softens the hardest of hearts, if we allow Him. Knowing Jesus is personal. It is not religion. It is a relationship with the one true God! Did you know you can have a personal relationship with the one true God? Isn’t that the most beautiful gift for us mere humans?
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into him, and eat with him, and he with me.
Revelation 3:20
I got rebaptized last year and gave my life fully to Him…and now I’m so thankful to be able to share Jesus love and healing to others.
I gave up so many practices I was doing, threw away many, many books and items that were from false teachings and doctrines, with a heart of full repentance. Being in His presence makes you want to repent, not out of guilt or condemnation, but completely out of a changed and renewed heart. You realize that what you were searching for all along was Him! He can only fill that void in our hearts. The blinders come off your eyes and you can truly see the Truth…which is Jesus.
If the Good News we preach is hidden behind a veil, it is hidden only from people who are perishing. Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don’t believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don’t understand this message about the glory of Jesus Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.
2 Corinthians 4:3-4
Let me tell you, when you feel His love for you, you are totally transformed, and you totally love Him back…there is no going back…His love changes you! You only want to be close to Him and if that means letting go of something that convicts you, you let it go. You long for Him, His presence, His love! He is so Beautiful!!! All the things from this world don't even matter anymore. The closer you get to Jesus, the less you want to do things that grieve His heart. You love Him so much that you fully surrender and just want to be close to Him. He becomes the Lover of your soul.
Many who became believers confessed their sinful practices. A number of them who had been practicing sorcery brought their incantation books and burned them at a public bonfire. The value of the books was several million dollars. So the message about the Lord spread widely and had a powerful effect.
Acts 19:19-20
Right before I got baptized, I started doing daily communion with Jesus, me and Him…eating from His table and enjoying the beautiful intimacy of partaking in His broken body and shed blood…His total sacrifice for me…for all of us. The healing from this beautiful communion is so precious and it is apart of my daily quiet time with Him now.
I felt like He was prompting me to encourage others to know that they too can have communion with Him and find healing. When you are apart of the Kingdom of God, I believe He gives us all assignments while we are on this earth…assignments for His Kingdom…I feel like this is my assignment…to be used in His healing for others…to share my testimony and to let everyone know how much He truly loves each person. That love I felt and continue to feel, is not just for me, it is for all of us…we just need to be willing to open our hearts to Him and to allow His presence wash through us.
Sharing with others, that through His Word and through His broken body and shed blood on the cross, true healing is available for all of us…our entire being, body, soul, and spirit. All of our past traumas, things we regret or unhealthy choices we’ve made, and present circumstances can be washed away and healed by Him. It, whatever “it” is for you has been fully paid for and redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus.
I never realized the healing of taking communion with Jesus. It was just something that we did in church weekly or monthly. But, in the Bible, so many times, it is so powerfully said, that what Jesus did on the cross for us, his broken body and his shed blood for us, has already healed us!
By taking communion with Jesus, our spirits our healed first and then our bodies. I believe that sickness starts in our spirit first and then goes into our body…we are a spirit living in a body on earth…our body is a shell for our spirit. When the spirit is sick, the body will be sick.
Sin, unforgiveness, bitterness, jealousy, hatred, etc… makes the spirit sick and repentance and a humble heart is truly healing to the spirit and body. Repentance is coming before the Lord and asking for forgiveness for what we have done and it is also changing our ways and thinking differently. A life of daily surrender to Him.
Jesus broken body and precious blood heals every part of us, from the root.
By taking communion with Him, we are remembering and thanking Him for what He did for us on the cross and believing in our hearts that He has already healed us…and paid our debts.
We don’t have to wait to go to church to take communion with Jesus. We can take communion with Him daily or several times daily if you are in need of healing.
By remembering and honoring and praising Him for what He has done for us, we are in faith believing and receiving His atonement for us in full.

Communion with Jesus is the most powerful blessing to be received.
I still am a practicing Naturopath and teach and encourage to eat right, take supplementation as needed, and herbal medicine as needed, detox management, etc…but nothing truly comes close to the healing power of His body and blood in communion. There are many illnesses today that need so much more than holistic and conventional medicine can offer. Conventional and holistic medicine has the ability to heal physical ailments, but it is powerless to cleanse our souls…only Jesus can do that.
You do not need to have a script to take communion at home. It is not a ritual or obligation, but a blessing to receive from our dear Savior.
Honestly, for me, it is the most beautiful time with Jesus…remembering His love for me, what He went through on the cross for me…every stripe He took and the blood He shed, was done with such tender love. It is such an intimate time with Him…whether I need healing or not, it is a way for me to remember his sacrifice for me and to tell him how thankful I am and how much I love him.
I have been renewed by His love and redemption for me so much that I have to share this with everyone…His healing and His love, His grace, and redemption…it is not religion…it is about a personal relationship with the one true God, our precious and beautiful Jesus.

I have been in the healing business for so long but I feel like the Lord is calling me not only do be used in physical healing through Naturopathic medicine but also to be used in His Kingdom for healing the soul and spirit...through Him...not me...but Him...His love, His sacrifice, His redemption for us, taking communion with Him and being washed whiter than snow from the inside out...the kind of healing we all are truly searching for.
These communion baskets are a way that I can share with you, His deep love for you.
In this basket, there is a small bottle of grape juice to represent His shed blood, Matzo crackers (gluten free) to represent His broken body, anointing oil (which are the oils specifically mentioned in the Bible-olive oil, cassia, cinnamon bark, myrrh, and calamus) to anoint yourself or someone who needs healing, and healing scriptures on a keyring that can be easily carried with you…all from the Bible. The anointing oil is taken from the Bible verse, James 5:14-16:
Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.
Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other, so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
Of course, you do not need to buy these baskets to take communion at home, you can do this yourself with your own grape juice or wine, crackers, and olive oil for anointing, and looking up the healing Bible verses and getting them into your spirit!
Getting scriptures into our spirit is so powerful in our healing! The word of God is Alive and sharper than a two-edged sword, these are not just words we are memorizing, this is God breathed and makes our spirits and tired bodies come back to life!
