Tropical Pina Coladas
RECIPE
2 cups frozen Fresh pineapple chunks *(try to use frozen fresh pineapple for this recipe instead of canned)
1 ½ cup full fat coconut milk (Native Forest or another organic brand)
1 frozen banana (in chunks)
2 TBSP. Monk Fruit Sweetener or 2 TBSP. of raw honey
*You may add a small amount of rum to your liking (if desired)
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth and creamy.
