Red Ruby Fruit Salad
Recipe
1 cup red grapes (cut in half)
1 cup red raspberries
1 cup strawberries (largely chopped)
1 pomegranate (seeds and juice)
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup fresh mint (chopped fine)
1/8 cup of coconut sugar (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
