Lavender Anti-Inflammatory Balm

RECIPE
Lavender Essential Oil- 25 drops
Rosemary Essential Oil- 20 drops
Peppermint Essential Oil- 40 drops
Frankincense Essential Oil- 25 drops
1 cup Unrefined Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt coconut oil in a heavy saucepan on low heat. As soon as it’s melted, take off heat and pour into a glass bowl. When the coconut oil is slightly cooler, but still liquid, add all the essential oils. Stir and pour into little glass jars or a pint mason jar. You can also pour this into chap stick containers for a portable headache relief balm if you wish. Store at room temperature. Use as needed for pain, discomfort, or for brain fog or fuzziness.
