Cleansing/ Vitality Juice

  • 3-4 carrots- immune boosters, anti-cancer, improves eyesight, blood cleanser
  • 2-3 stalks celery- lowers blood pressure because of diuretic properties, anti-inflammatory
  • 1 Granny Smith apple (cored)- high in phytonutrients that protect and boost immunity, lowest in sugar
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger- anti-inflammatory, potent antioxidant, anti-cancer, pain reducer

This makes about 8-12 oz. of juice

Earth Zinger Juice

  • 3 carrots
  • Inner leaves of red beets (young, tender leaves)- stimulates white blood cell production for immune system, boosts immune system, nutrient dense
  • 2-3 leaves of chard or kale- anti-inflammatory, natural detoxifier-removes toxins, antioxidant
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 chunk of fresh ginger root

This will make about 8-10 oz of juice

Liver Cleansing Juice

  • 3 carrots
  • Large handful of dandelion leaves, kale, spinach, escarole, endive, or chard- all of these leafy greens are high in antioxidants, nutrients, minerals, and vitamins, anti-inflammatory properties, natural detoxifiers
  • 1 lemon or lime- cleansing to the bloodstream and liver, balances pH of the body, high in bioflavonoids and Vitamin C
  • 1 red beet- liver cleansing, blood cleansing, nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-aging
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • Chunk of fresh ginger root

This will make 10-12 oz juice

Rejuvenating Green Juice

  • 1 cucumber- cooling to the body, natural diuretic, body detoxifier, soothes skin, alkalizes blood
  • 3 stalks celery
  • Large handful of leafy greens (your choice)
  • 1 lemon or lime
  • 1 Granny Smith apple

This makes 8-10 oz. juice

Gerson Therapy Green Juice Recipe

  • 6-7 leaves Romaine or Red Leaf lettuce
  • 4-5 inner beet top leaves
  • 2-3 leaves escarole
  • 2-3 leaves endive
  • 2 leaves red cabbage
  • ΒΌ of a green bell pepper
  • 1 green apple (Granny Smith)

Makes about 8 oz. fresh green juice

Carrot/ Apple Juice

  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 large Granny Smith Apple

Makes about 8 oz fresh carrot juice

*Try to drink juices made with greens within 20 minutes to a half hour after making. The greens in the juice will oxidize if kept any longer. Juices made without greens can be kept refrigerated up to 12-24 hours in a tightly sealed glass jar.
