1 head of cabbage (chopped)

1 onion (chopped)

5 garlic cloves (minced)

2-3 TBSP. butter or ghee

2-3 quarts of bone broth (chicken is preferred for this recipe)

4 organic Yukon Gold or red potatoes (cut into large cubes)

4 carrots (chopped)

1 tsp sage

Salt and pepper to taste


In a large stainless steel stock pot, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter or ghee until lightly golden-low to medium heat. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, cover slightly with lid and let simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, or until all veggies are tender. Enjoy the healing properties!
