RECIPE:

1 head of cauliflower (cored and cut into floret size pieces)

5 cloves raw garlic

¼ cup raw milk or milk alternative

2 TBSP. butter or ghee

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

Steam cauliflower and garlic cloves until tender (about 10-15 minutes). Place the steamed cauliflower and garlic into a food processor and add the milk and butter. Pulse several times until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper. You may also sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs before serving, for an extra zest…chives or dill are both lovely!
